What is on the items shipping label?
All items ship with the letters MXT as the ship from address, ensuring privacy as our company name is not shown on the packaging.
I don’t like the item I purchased; May I return it for a refund?
Due to the nature of these items we do not accept returns for used items. Any used/opened/unsealed cannot be returned for health and safety reasons in accordance with Federal Law.
What kind of returns do you accept?
We accept returns for non-working, DOA, defective items as well as items damaged during shipping. All returns must be pre-approved with a valid RMA #. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
I am looking for a specific item I don’t see on your site, Can you get it for me?
We work very hard to make sure we update our site with new items every day to ensure our customers are able to purchase the latest and greatest toys. Wait a few days, chances are we’ll update it and offer the product. If after a few days you still don’t see the item give us a call and we will gladly order one for you.
